The Night Walk

From the time you wake up, until the moment you close your eyes, many thoughts have come to ponder in your mind. At times, you don't know what to do with these ravaging thoughts, you just let them rally instead. You tend to wonder why these ideas have to hover up at this time of the day. You try to stop thinking, but you can't. You just wait for them to let go until you're fully exhausted.

The night comes and still, your unending thoughts won't leave you. You think to yourself, a walk alone in the night would do. As you walk peacefully, the wind blows upon you. It's cold. It's dark. It's empty. You never realize how empty you are until you end up being alone in the night. Just your little steps making a sound, the gust of the wind and bright chant of the moon. Just you and the magical spheres of nature. You stop walking and ask yourself, "What am I doing here?" You try to question yourself like you're not the one who made the leap, the leap of being alone. It's not just a simple jump or an annoying hop. It has always been a leap. Why? Because you will never know how far it might take you or how unsure that you can fall and get back up again. You will never know. We will never know.

You start walking again, but this time you're not certain of where you're heading to. You just walk. You just let your feet lead you to anywhere. It's not you who is controlling your body. You just make nature do it's job. Then suddenly you bumped to a post and realized it was only just a dream. You wish it was just a dream. But no. It was a nightmare of trying to live every single day wishing it would last and at the same time hoping it doesn't.

  1. A post written with much emotion. I feel your anguish. I hope you're ok. I find writing does help, so keep going, this is a great start :)
